Refund Policy

⚠️ AvviFlow operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
We strongly encourage all prospective users to evaluate the platform using our free Lite plan before making any purchase decision.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to AvviFlow for subscription plans (Pro or Max), whether billed monthly or annually, are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to:
- Subscription fees for the current billing period.
- Annual subscription fees, regardless of time remaining in the subscription year.
- Any partial months or unused days within a billing cycle.
- Upgrade fees when moving from one paid plan to another.
2. Try Before You Buy — Free Lite Plan
AvviFlow provides a free Lite plan with no credit card required. The Lite plan allows you to:
- Manage up to 10 vendors.
- Log up to 30 expenses per month.
- Invite 1 team member.
- Access notifications and support tickets.
We strongly recommend using the Lite plan to fully evaluate AvviFlow before upgrading to a paid tier. By upgrading, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to test the Service and agree to our no-refund policy.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing & Plans section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid plan features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Lite plan at the end of the billing period.
- No refund will be issued for the remaining unused days of the current billing period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases involving significant Service outages or technical failures directly attributable to AvviFlow that render the Service unusable for a material portion of the subscription period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit (not a cash refund) towards a future billing period. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy.

5. Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your account was charged fraudulently or without your authorisation, please contact us immediately at billing@avviflow.com. We will investigate and, where a fraudulent charge is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action in accordance with applicable Indian law and payment processor policies.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
